We tailor all programs to every level of interest and care so there is something for everyone.


Vitality, our spacious fitness center, features state-of-the-art equipment with built-in programming and data collection. Residents can avail themselves of a workout on one of our ellipticals, a walk on the treadmill, or build strength on one of our weight-lifting machines.

Personal training sessions are also available, for those who would like to focus on a specific goal and monitor progress outfitted with a wearable fitness tracker. Group fitness classes are also available. We encourage residents to challenge themselves, but our fitness experts make sure to keep everyone safe and secure.

Our wellness clinic also provides an option to book sessions with visiting specialists and connect with primary care physicians via telemedicine.
